Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in managing paid campaigns and SEO. You will be responsible for running and optimizing Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, YouTube ads, and improving website performance through SEO. The goal is to generate quality leads and increase online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Google Ads:

  • Create and manage Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Do keyword research and write ad copies.
  • Monitor performance and adjust bids to improve results.

LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Set up and run Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Form campaigns.
  • Target the right audience using job titles, industries, and locations.
  • Track leads and campaign results.

YouTube Ads

  • Run video ads using Google Ads (TrueView, Skippable, Bumper).
  • Work with the design/video team to develop ad creatives.
  • Analyze video views, engagement, and conversions.

Seo

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure.
  • Work on technical SEO with the developer team.
  • Track keyword rankings and monitor traffic using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Good knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, and SEO.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and common SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good To Have

  • Google Ads and LinkedIn certifications.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS
