Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand the staffing needs and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Ensure timely deployment of manpower to the client
Follow up with clients for feedback, interview schedules and closures.
Analyze market trends to identify emerging staffing needs.
Maintain accurate client and candidate records in tracking system
Resolve client issues/escalations with professionalism
Stay updated with labor law compliances, wage structures and industry practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana
Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
Address: VM Towers, Suchitra (Interview Location)
