Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Feed Mill Manager, located in Indore. The Feed Mill Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily milling operations, ensuring quality control, and managing preventive maintenance. Additional tasks include supervising industrial engineering processes, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Quality Control and Operations Management
  • Experience in Milling and Industrial Engineering
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Experience in the poultry or feed production industry is a plus
