Role & responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals from the hospitality industry to join our team at our beautiful properties located in Bagha and Nerul, Goa.

Open Positions:

• Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate)
• F&B Associate (Food & Beverage Service)
• Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in rooms and public areas.
• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle guest requests promptly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Support the F&B operations by providing attentive and courteous service during dining experiences.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to uphold brand standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Location: Baga & Nerul, Goa
