Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in manual testing, API testing, and exposure to the full software testing lifecycle. Candidates with banking domain experience and basic automation skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full cycle testing including manual testing from requirements analysis to post-deployment validation
  • Design and perform API testing for functionality, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for quality releases
  • Maintain and execute basic automation scripts for regression and functional testing
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes and drive QA improvements

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in manual and API testing (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience in banking or financial services domain preferred
