Job Description:

This role will primarily focus on bridging the gap between the support, sales, and technical teams, ensuring smoother communication and documentation management. The key responsibilities would include:

  • Maintaining and updating documentation for new product releases and updates.

  • Assisting the support and sales teams with their day-to-day operational queries.

  • Conducting training sessions on new features, updates, and release notes.

  • Reviewing and verifying all raised product queries before forwarding them to the technical team.

  • Collecting feedback from the teams, analyzing recurring issues, and preparing actionable insights.

  • Generating daily task and performance reports to track efficiency and improvement areas.
