We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Club to join our team at Cushman & Wakefield, with 1-3 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze member feedback and suggest improvements to services and facilities.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
