Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior U.S./U.K. Accounting Specialists who will assist in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with U.S./U.K. accounting principles, and supporting various accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records including accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Process payroll and manage payroll-related tax filings and reports

Communicate with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates

Address client queries related to accounting and tax matters

Assist in internal and external audits by organizing and providing necessary documentation

Assist in preparing tax returns and filings

Job Description:

Input accounting entries into QuickBooks, Zoho, ZarMoney, etc.

Track expenses, taxes, cash flow, receipts, budgets, and other financial dealings

Prepare and maintain reconciliations

Provide regular financial reports (monthly and yearly)

Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely payroll processing

Serve as a key point of contact for clients

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Presentable and tech-savvy

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
