Job Title: Senior Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer (Backend Specialist)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 5–10 years

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled backend engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end ownership — system design, data modelling, API architecture, microservice implementation, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into technical designs, APIs, and data models

Build scalable, high-performance Spring Boot microservices

Optimize MySQL schemas, indexes, and complex SQL queries

Develop REST/gRPC APIs with proper documentation

Implement event-driven services using Kafka or RabbitMQ

Ensure security, observability, and fault-tolerance (OAuth2/JWT, logs, metrics, tracing)

Write unit, integration, and contract tests

Deploy using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills

Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security

Strong microservices & distributed systems fundamentals

MySQL performance optimization (must-have)

Kafka / RabbitMQ

Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins/GitHub Actions

Testing frameworks: JUnit5, Mockito, Testcontainers

Observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Zipkin/Jaeger

Preferred Experience

5+ years of production-grade microservices development

Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure (added advantage)
