Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate projects across Europe. The role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, on-site engineers, and internal technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology projects, excellent organizational abilities, and experience managing European stakeholders and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of IoT and wireless deployment projects across multiple European locations.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in coordination with engineering and client teams.
  • Track milestones, monitor progress, and proactively address risks or bottlenecks to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for European clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate between customers, on-site engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations while ensuring technical teams can deliver within realistic timelines.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with technical leads and support engineers to resolve deployment challenges.
  • Ensure clear documentation of processes, project status, and issue tracking.
  • Facilitate coordination between different teams (hardware, firmware, networking, operations) during deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator, preferably in technology or IoT-related projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site or international projects (experience with Europe-based projects strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
  • Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and resources effectively across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IoT, wireless communication technologies, or hardware deployment projects.
  • Experience working in multicultural European environments, coordinating with cross-border teams.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles for technology deployment or support.
