About the Role: Above 5 years experience in generating venue and event sales from MSME, SME and MNCs., educational institutions, wellness or spiritual gurus/ trainers, sustainability practitioners, art exhibitors, organisers of cultural fests, healers, yogic practitioners etc who will be interested in booking on hourly, daily or weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Venue Bookings
Promote space for spiritual retreats, corporate offsites, and wellness programs through direct communication by meeting in person or online and building awareness leading to sales.
Engage with facilitators, institutions, and event organizers to close venue rentals.
Growing In-House Programs
Drive sales for own workshops and events.
Lead and manage a team of 7 responsible for inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with aligned communities, spiritual groups, corporates, and conscious brands.
Ensure repeat business and referrals through meaningful engagement.
Collaboration with Marketing Team
Work closely with the content/marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Share sales insights to inform digital and offline promotional efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Background in venue and event sales specific similar property.
- Good networking skills and well - connected with prospective clients.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Education
- Any training program in sales, communication or related.
- Certification in spiritual / well - being course/ program.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Position holder during school or college.
- Active participation in extracurricular activities like sports, music, dance or social work.
