Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DSE (Distribution Sales Executive) located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The DSE will be responsible for managing sales activities, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include visiting clients, conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to strategize for business development.

Will have to be on industrial field and willing to travel daily in and around pune.

2 wheeler must.

SALARY

With industrial dealership srandards plus normal perks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly B2B sales
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industrial products, particularly adhesives, sealants, castors, wheels, tools, and fasteners
  • Capability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to travel within the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area
  • Bachelor's or diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or enggineering related field
  • Experience in the industrial or mechanical products sector is a plus
