- **Market Research**: Conducts thorough analysis of market reports and industry standards to identify toolsets that support the Data Security strategy.
- **Governance and Approvals**: Attends governance forums to secure necessary approvals for the deployment of the identified toolsets.
- **Deployment and Configuration**: Deploys and configures toolsets to address Data Security Control issues, ensuring system changes are tested, implemented, and monitored as per the requirements.
- **Optimization**: Implements necessary changes to fine-tune and ensure that systems meet the desired objectives.
- **Collaboration with Analysts**: Works closely with Data Security analysts to build, test, and deliver system changes. This includes providing supporting documentation and analyzing local control instances.
- **Test Execution**: Analyzes and articulates test execution for data discovery and data protection toolsets.
- **Expert Representation**: Serves as a key point of expertise and representation on all Data Security issues.
- **Tooling Delivery Support**: Supports the deployment of tools that implement controls to ensure compliance with Data Security policies and standards.
- **Collaboration on IT Strategy**: Collaborates on the implementation of enterprise-wide and regional/business-level IT strategies.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensures global adherence to information security requirements by putting in place effective compliance measures.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Drives engagement with all relevant regional and global stakeholders, including cybersecurity colleagues across Strategy and Architecture, Security Shared Services, Security Engineering, and business and IT Functions.

This role involves ensuring that the tools and processes in place align with global data security policies and objectives, while collaborating across multiple teams to safeguard data integrity.
