Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for overdue EMI/payment reminders and resolve past dues.
  • Educate customers on payment options, due dates, and consequences of default.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers as per company policy and record commitments.
  • Update daily call logs, promises to pay, and other collection activities in the collection system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
  • Follow up proactively on broken promises to pay and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Identify reasons for default and escalate problem cases or disputes to the concerned department.
  • Adhere to the code of conduct, ethical collection practices, and regulatory guidelines set by RBI and the company.
