Analyst – Secondary Research Support – Deloitte – Hyderabad

The team - Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) - Deloitte Account Services (DAS) professionals assist client leaders in strengthening how we serve our most important clients. CoAE-DAS professionals execute secondary research operations, such that the leaders can focus on delivering value for our clients.

Work you'll do As a Center of Account Excellence (CoAE) professional, you will perform secondary research tasks that support Deloitte to efficiently serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Deliverables:

• Create client ready deliverables in accordance with the templates and requirements outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on time
• Ensure that relevant information is entered properly into standard templates and applications according to written instructions
• Generate research reports/documents and provide status updates
• Data collection from databases & online resources to develop deliverables in various formats
• Format deliverables in accordance with brand guidelines and instructions
• Create deliverables/reports and complete assigned tasks as per agreed SLAs

Quality:

• Creates deliverables that adhere to the SOPs and templates and are error-free
• Performs self-review check of all deliverables before submitting for quality check
• Owns the deliverable to ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards of CoAE
• Seeks feedback from coach and quality controllers to improve output and overall performance

Teamwork:

• Shares and exchanges knowledge with team members and peers
• Helps fellow team members to ensure large deliverables are completed efficiently and with quality

Qualification and experience

Required:

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree

• Location: Hyderabad

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word
• Ability to follow SOPs and conduct secondary research
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work virtually
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of databases like D&B Hoovers, Refinitiv, etc will be beneficial

Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm IST
