Ours is an opportunity to quickly build skills and gain responsibility in both technical and customer-facing tasks.

Role: Application Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Understanding clinical principles and product usage

● Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and nurses

● Answering customers questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.

● Conducting device demos on patients.

● Collecting usage data

● Training nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning and troubleshooting.

● Service support such as trouble-shooting

Location: Bellary, Karnataka

Number of positions open: 1

Desired Experience: 0-2 years

Desired Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors in one of the following areas-

a. Nursing

b. Biomedical engineering

c. Public Health

d. Pharma

Skills Required:

● Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology

● Good communication skills

● Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors

● Looking for candidates with initiative and a positive attitude who are looking to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Being multilingual and having previous experience with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU would be a plus.
