Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Supporting in managing schedules, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leadership.
- Assisting in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintaining and organizing executive files, documents, and communications.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
- Monitoring and responding to emails on behalf of the executive team when required.
