Identify potential risks in business expansion and develop prevention and control and contingency plans;

Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
MBA or advanced degree in strategic management preferred.
Work Experience
8+ years of experience in business development, market expansion, or sales management;
At least 3-5 years of team management experience, with experience in large or multinational corporations preferred;
Successful track record in developing new markets or fostering strategic partnerships.
Core Skills
Proficient in business development processes, strategic sales, and account management methods;
Familiarity with industry ecosystems and market dynamics, with strong business acumen;
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills;
Excellent cross-departmental communication and senior management reporting skills;
Familiarity with CRM systems, market analysis, and project management tools.
