Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Nexus Jobs. This full-time role is based in Jaipur and requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing efforts through various initiatives, including lead generation and market research.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, demonstrating the ability to identify and cultivate potential sales opportunities through strategic methods.
  • Strong proficiency in market research, with the capability to analyze trends and gather relevant data to support marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in email marketing, including designing effective campaigns and leveraging email as a tool to engage and nurture clients.
  • Solid understanding of search engine optimization to enhance online visibility and increase inbound traffic from prospective clients.
  • Experience with cold calling techniques to effectively reach and engage potential customers for generating new business leads.
  • Demonstrated skills in B2B sales to develop and maintain relationships with business clients, driving sales growth.
  • Preparation and delivery of persuasive sales presentations to various stakeholders, showcasing our services and value proposition.
  • Strong negotiation skills to promote win-win outcomes and strengthen partnerships with clients and partners.

  • Identify and qualify potential leads using various outreach methods to expand the sales pipeline and business growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform sales strategies and identify emerging market trends or opportunities.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that engage and convert leads into active clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies, enhancing online visibility and attracting quality leads.
  • Engage in proactive cold calling to identify new sales opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through ongoing engagement and communication.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to convey the benefits and values of our staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and maintaining client satisfaction.
