Overview: The Full Stack Developer Lead plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for leading the development team in creating and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. This role is essential in driving the success of our projects, ensuring high-quality code and seamless user experiences. Work from office 5 days a week, Noon Shift.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack solutions using GraphQL, ReactJS, Redux, Java, and NodeJS.
  • Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performing applications with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices within the development team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the team is using the latest tools and practices.
  • Identify and address technical debt and performance issues in existing systems.
  • Participate in architectural and design discussions, and make technology recommendations.
  • Lead the effort in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and conduct regular quality assurance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in GraphQL, ReactJS, Redux, Java, and NodeJS.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of leading and mentoring a development team.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages.
  • Experience in architecting and developing scalable and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth understanding of database management and design principles, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in using development tools, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of web application security and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Relevant certifications and professional training in full-stack development will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful projects within deadlines.
