  • Migrate XERO accounting records from QBD.
  • Performs routine bookkeeping tasks for multiple business units (via Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Xero and Odoo), including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, journal entries/adjusting entries, and financial statement preparation.
  • Assists with reconciling accounts including, but not limited to bank accounts, fees paid in advance, undeposited funds, corporate credit card, and intercompany accounts.
  • Close/reconcile monthly bookkeeping files on schedule, due 15th of each month. Get it ready for auditor to review monthly by the 15th of each month.
  • Prepares payments or write checks, for approved payable via and SparPay.
  • Helps manage inventory, including but not limited to inventory forecast and inventory adjustment.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls and protocols.
  • Payroll management.
  • Journal entries for COGS and income/expenses between business units.
  • Compute monthly sales tax, prepare annual 1099 filing.
  • Proactive, detailed oriented and self-audit ability.
  • Efficient and results oriented.

Odoo Admin tasks:

  • Contact vendors for more favorable payment terms
  • Work with D&B to continue good business credit ratings
  • Communicate with ADP or other partners for payroll related administrative communication such as 401k matching or profit sharing discussions.
  • Manages internal HelpDesk ticket requests from other business units.
  • Manages PLM module to-dos for Bill of Materials and Label processes.
  • Manages and audits manufacturer Orders and RFQs Forecast.
  • Manages purchase order workflows (BP1).
  • Manages inventory reports, and audit monthly COGS at Odoo.
  • Manages scrap and inventory adjustments (including scrap inventory).
  • Reconcile Odoo inventory inconsistencies (scrap inventory or out of stock).
  • Manages other Odoo tasks that are related to accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,709.52 per month
