What You'll Do

• Build and manage a 
  robust new business pipeline
   across BFSI clients
• Own key account relationships and ensure 
  customer delight and retention
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms — ensuring win-win outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client success

 
What We're Looking For

• Confident, high-agency professional with 
  2–5 years
   of B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience selling 
  Tech / Software / AI / SaaS / Banking / Bureau
   solutions to financial clients
• Strong business acumen — understanding of 
  P&L, ROI, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable selling complex and consultative
   solutions
• Ability to work independently in a 
  fast-paced, dynamic startup
   environment
