Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration including facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper Housekeeping Management / Security Management / Pest Control Management / Canteen Management / Waste and Scrap disposal / By-product sales / Linen Management / Employee Transport & Guesthouse Management.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and office supplies.
  • Security Management
  • To ensure the observations from various viz.Management tour, Regulatory Audits, GCI, etc. for EHS compliance.

Liaison Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison with government departments, regulatory authorities, Narcotics Division, and local bodies.
  • Handle statutory compliance, permits, licenses, and renewals.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent, Public Relations, or related field.
  • years of experience in administration with significant liaison exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of local government procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Preferrable from Vizag location and pharmaceutical manufacturing background
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
  • Experience in handling legal documentation and government correspondence.
