About the Role

Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, a leading real estate developer with over two decades of excellence, is expanding its Land Acquisition team. We are looking for a Land Lead Sourcing Coordinator to identify, manage, and coordinate potential land opportunities through multiple sourcing channels.

Role Objective

To source, track, and coordinate potential land leads, ensuring accurate and timely information to support the land acquisition strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

1 Lead Sourcing & Management

  • Identify potential land parcels through brokers, references, digital platforms, and market intelligence
  • Build and maintain a strong database of landowners, brokers, and intermediaries
  • Follow up on land leads and track progress until evaluation

2 Documentation & Data Handling

  • Maintain a land lead tracker with key details (location, size, pricing, title status, contacts)
  • Organize and update layouts, ownership records, and land-related documents

3 Coordination & Communication

  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the land acquisition team
  • Act as a liaison between landowners/brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams for land evaluation

4 Market Intelligence

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming growth corridors
  • Share weekly MIS reports on lead inflow and status

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • 1 - 5 years experience in land sourcing or coordination (Real Estate mandatory)
  • Strong broker network and local market knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and land documentation basics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
