Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain SAP SD module processes, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
  • Configure and support SD-related settings such as pricing procedures, delivery types, item categories, and billing types.
  • Handle customer master data creation and updates in SAP.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve operational and system-related issues.
  • Support order-to-cash (O2C) processes, ensuring accurate order entry, invoicing, and payment posting.
  • Generate reports and dashboards related to sales, dispatches, and billing using SAP tools.
  • Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities during system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Support integration between SAP SD and other modules (MM, FI, PP).
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
  • Coordinate with SAP technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for issue resolution and enhancements.
