Clinic Living Plus is a leading functional medicine clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term wellness through holistic, science-backed treatments. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help connect patients with the right solutions for their health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively with patients in English and Kannada.
  • Educate prospective patients on our services using basic medical terminology.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into consultations/appointments.
  • Maintain patient records and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Work closely with the medical and front-desk teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Achieve monthly sales/appointment targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales, telecalling, or customer service preferred.
  • Basic understanding of medical/healthcare terminology (functional medicine experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and phone manners.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
