Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive payments from customers for vehicle purchases, service bills, and spare parts—through cash, cheque, card, UPI, or online transfers.
  • Prepare and issue receipts, invoices, and bills in the system (DMS or ERP).
  • Maintain accurate daily cash balance and ensure timely deposit of cash/cheques into the company's bank account.
  • Reconcile daily cash, card, and online transactions with the system records.
  • Assist the accounts team in preparing daily collection and bank reconciliation reports.
  • Handle petty cash expenses, maintain proper documentation, and submit reports to Accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Spare Parts teams for billing and payment status updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support month-end closing activities and audit processes as required.
  • Ensure courteous interaction with customers during payment collection and receipt issuance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
