About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Automation Engineer
who's curious, resourceful, and ready to blend creativity with technology. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and create automated outreach systems that drive measurable results. Success in this role means building high-quality lead pipelines, improving outreach efficiency, and supporting our tech-enabled marketing initiatives.

This position is integral to Softbyte's mission of delivering cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions to businesses across India, while supporting our client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customer companies across targeted industries.
  • Find and verify contact information for procurement heads and key decision-makers.
  • Use automation tools to generate personalized emails, call scripts, and outreach materials.
  • Maintain accurate client databases including emails, calls, and responses.
  • Assist in managing product and account data for marketing campaigns.
  • Support daily and weekly tracking of leads, outreach progress, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize LinkedIn and email marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education:
    B.Tech or B.E. (pursuing or completed).
  • Experience:
    0–1 year in marketing, research, or automation-related work (internships count).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools and automation software.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms is a plus.
