varying in complexity related to the Medium Voltage 2400V 15kV Motor Control Center and Variable Frequency Drives Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure proper support during the production stage Deliver execute the assigned work on time with good quality cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction Review customer specifications and check compliance of the same with RA products if any changes observed those needs to be highlighted for deviations from customers Ensure technical deliverables matches the requirements Save engineering cost for GEBS team through application technical expertise Key ResponsibilitiesDo Be the focal point in the region country for the MV VFD product range of which he she is the technical expert regarding resolution development questions and information transfer Coordinate and document design of sub systems and integration of total system Identify analyzes and resolved program support deficiencies Technical Solutions Review with the customer his requirements and propose technical solutions that will make the project successful Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system Deliver execute the assigned projects on time with good quality cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team s capabilities Support Team Leader Lead Engineer on technical issues Work closely with Team Leader Lead Engineer to guarantee customer acceptance Strong ACAD CREO and SAP Experience Ensure project implementation follows the engineering delivery standard Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery Ensure proper product and application information flow to the sales force and channels Acts as the technical product expert to support the sales organization Gathers information concerning the capabilities applications of MV drives soft starters and switchgear and Motor Control Centers analyses and solve highly complex customer requests Work with Team Leader to clarify technical issues Cost reduction through process improvement and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard Actively seek out and participate in both formal and informal training opportunities to continuously develop technical skills High Degree of application knowledge all Rockwell Automation Products LV Project Management Lean Six Sigma Skill EHS Environment Health Safety EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelors in Electrical Instrumentation Control Electronics 7 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation based Hardware Design KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS Manager Execution Lead Engineer Project Engineer OTHER REQUIREMENTS Good communication skills in English Written and Verbal Rockwell Automations hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the
