Role Description:

We're looking for a high agency full-stack engineer who can balance strong individual contribution with team-level impact by taking ownership of business-critical features and help drive the day-to-day execution of our engineering team.

You'll work closely with the Head of Engineering and act as a key contributor while stepping into a leadership path.

The role is ideal for someone ready to:

 Stay hands-on with code and ship robust, scalable features

 Guide design and architecture decisions

 Unblock other engineers and own sprint planning where needed

 Ensure continuous delivery, maintain backlog hygiene, and uphold enigneering standards You'll play a critical role in keeping the engine running, while enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy, roadmap, and org scaling.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Technical

 3-4 years of experience as a full stack engineer (Python + Angular or similar)

 Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design

 Proficient with SQL and building performant queries

 Experience with RESTful APIs, backend frameworks (FastAPI/Django with ORM), andfrontend architecture  Familiarity with Git, AWS / GCP, CI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows Execution & Ownership  High ownership and reliability in delivery  Bias for action - able to independently break down and drive features

 Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning technical work with business goals
