We are seeking an experienced and organized Store Manager to oversee the inventory, materials, and warehouse operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage the entire store function — from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch — ensuring accuracy, accountability, and smooth coordination with production and purchase departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stock of raw materials, spare parts, tools, and finished goods.
  • Handle inward & outward material entries (GRN, issue slips, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ERP/Excel records of stock.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct physical stock verification periodically.
  • Ensure safe and efficient storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
  • Supervise loading/unloading operations.
  • Manage store staff and housekeeping of store area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping.
  • Familiar with ERP systems or Excel-based stock records.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
