Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Executive to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facility/equipment/assets. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage service schedules and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and coordinate timely repairs.
  • Maintain and update maintenance logs and service records.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies, tools, and spare parts as required.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, refurbishments, or equipment installations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Report recurring issues and suggest improvements for long-term solutions.
  • Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance-related expenditures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or facility management (2+ years preferred).
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Willingness to be on-call for emergencies or work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
