We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our Technology organization in India. This role will oversee several key Product development. As the leader of this multidisciplinary practice, you will be responsible for driving innovation, leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and aligning technology strategies with business goals. You will play a key role in transforming how our clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint, optimize operations, and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in leading end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
  • Exposure of leading 4-5 product engineering scrum teams , help evolve roadmap and execute them to meet organisations goals and vision
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to development teams, including code reviews and technical troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support solution development.
  • Experience working in modern technology stack including cloud, devops, security and automation
  • Create architectural documentation including solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and integration patterns.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and technology evaluations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, cloud native development , design patterns like DDD, event driven , integration patterns .
  • Strategic Leadership:
    Execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for several portfolio of products , encompassing user experience, architecture, development , deployment to release using shared services offered by cloud and AI. Align these strategies with broader business objectives and client needs.
  • Development and Architecture – Should have strong development and architecture experience having built enterprise level scalable and high available platforms supporting large volume usages.
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership
    : Foster a culture of innovation by staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies. Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that leverage digital experience platforms, cloud-native architectures.
  • Team Management:
    Build, lead, and mentor a diverse team of engineers, architects, product, testers and consultants. Drive a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration across teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Solution Delivery:
    Partner with stakeholders, sales, marketing, operations to understand their challenges and incorporate their feedback and suggestions in our products offerings. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that exceed clients/users/stakeholders expectations.
  • Performance culture enforcer
    : Establish best practices, frameworks, and standards for each domain. Drive the adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and other modern methodologies as per industry standards to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. Performance driven teams with clear goals and focus.
  • Technology Oversight
    : Provide guidance on the use of modern technologies, including cloud platforms - Azure, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IoT/mqtt.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    : Collaborate closely with other leaders, business units, and shared services to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to product delivery. Lead initiatives that span multiple disciplines to drive comprehensive transformation for our customers.
  • Business Development
    : Support sales and business development activities by providing expertise during client pitches, RFP responses, SBR , MBR and proposals. Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and increasing market share.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 15+ years of work experience in a leadership position driving large enterprise grade software development
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies including Agile / SAFE Agile is required.
  • Expertise in building software applications and leading teams.
  • Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written – and able to quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks and tools.
  • Strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and Able to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
  • Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
  • Competent with building high performing and secure applications with excellent knowledge of architecture, design, performance and security principles.
  • Have good knowledge and expertise of building dotnet/Microsoft technologies and services using latest cloud technologies, micro services based architecture.
  • Knowledgeable in Enterprise Level Application Frameworks and Tools.
  • Is passionate about building innovative solutions to make a positive impact on how people use platforms.
  • Skilled in planning and execution and setting right expectations and be a great partner to work with all stakeholders.
  • Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
