Executive - Customer Service

As a Executive Customer Service, you will be responsible to communicate with consumers of healthcare and telecommunication providers in the United States to collect on overdue and unpaid bills. As a collection specialist, you will be responsible for calling consumers on phone and negotiating for the overdue payment on behalf of the client.
Requirements
- The biggest skills a debt collector needs, is the ability to communicate well and keep information organized
- Good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Maturity, honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Patience and understanding
- To be persuasive, persistent and firm, yet customer centric
Job Role
- Utilize effective verbal communication and customer service skills while communicating with the customers
- Communicate professionally and regularly with leadership and peers
- Excellent convincing skills
- Blended Call (inbound/ outbound) environment
- Document all actions taken on each account, update customer information such as phone numbers, e-mail, and address.
- Ability to meet collections target
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
