We are looking for a
Staff Product Designer
to bring leadership, systems thinking, and deep UX expertise to our product team. As our product is complex (enterprise mobility, device management, and infrastructure at scale), we need someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels — setting design direction, mentoring designers, and ensuring high-quality user experiences.

This is not a pure visual design role. You will drive
end-to-end UX thinking
, create alignment across product and engineering, and elevate the design function from being execution-driven to
research- and rationale-driven decision making
.

What You'll Do

  • Lead UX strategy & explorations for key product initiatives, ensuring design decisions are backed by research, principles, and systems thinking.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers, helping them move faster and with higher quality.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to align on problems, constraints, and solutions.
  • Bring a strong point of view and challenge assumptions where necessary, ensuring we ship the best possible experiences.
  • Establish scalable design practices and methodologies that work in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Contribute to building a design system and shared UX patterns to improve consistency and speed.
  • Ramp quickly into our MDM and enterprise tech domain — ideally drawing from prior experience, but at minimum showing the ability to learn and adapt fast.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating complex product design (B2B SaaS, infra tools, enterprise platforms).
  • Proven ability to work independently at a senior/staff level, leading design from exploration through delivery.
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, research, and systems thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to drive alignment across teams.
  • Experience mentoring designers and raising the overall design bar for the team.
  • Startup-ready: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Bonus: Background in MDM, IOT, mobility, or enterprise IT domains
