Job Summary

We are seeking Civil BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team in Mumbai or Kochi. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in structural BIM modeling, including rebar detailing, and excellent coordination experience across multiple disciplines such as Architecture, MEP, and Facade. This role is key in delivering high-quality BIM deliverables for concrete and steel structures.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution

  • Develop detailed 3D structural BIM models: columns, beams, slabs, walls, foundations, staircases, and rebar.
  • Utilize Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and ACC for model development and coordination.
  • Perform interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection, preparing comprehensive clash reports.
  • Maintain models per LOD and BIM standards.
  • Apply relevant structural codes and design standards.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in rebar detailing for all structural elements.
  • Solid understanding of concrete and structural steel systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Experience with parametric modeling and intelligent BIM object creation.
