Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior/Junior Sales Account Manager
with deep expertise in the
Telecom sector (Voice & A2P Messaging)
. This is a key role responsible for managing high-value accounts, building long-term partnerships, and driving global revenue growth. The position is fully
remote
, allowing collaboration from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with global carriers, business partners, and enterprise clients,
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial negotiations and account-related communication,
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and new partnerships within Voice & Messaging,
- Coordinate with internal technical, finance, and operations teams for smooth service delivery,
- Analyze partner performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular business reviews and reports,
- Represent Evolve Tech at international telecom conferences and industry events,
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty,
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in telecom (Voice / A2P SMS) account management, - Proven track record in
closing deals, revenue growth, and long-term account development, - Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate traffic flows and margins,
- Deep understanding of
global telecom trends, interconnections, and carrier ecosystem, - Excellent communication skills with a consultative, solution-driven approach,
- Fluency in
English
(additional languages are a plus), - Ability to work
independently in a remote environment
across global time zones.
