Roles & Responsibilities:
- Stay updated and well-informed about the admission processes and entrance examinations for universities in countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, etc.
- Prepare, review, and submit student applications (both online and paper-based) to overseas universities.
- Follow up on pending documents and offer letters with students, branches, and university representatives to ensure timely application processing.
- Handle and resolve queries from branches and associates through professional and prompt email communication and phone calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal branches and external associates to facilitate efficient operations.
- Coordinate with branches/associates for timely submission of required documents and payments.
- Participate actively in education fairs, university visits, seminars, and other promotional events organized by the company.
- Assist students throughout the university application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university requirements.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Management, or related fields).
- 1 - 3 years of experience in overseas education consulting or a similar operations role.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and application procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
