Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated and well-informed about the admission processes and entrance examinations for universities in countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, etc.
  • Prepare, review, and submit student applications (both online and paper-based) to overseas universities.
  • Follow up on pending documents and offer letters with students, branches, and university representatives to ensure timely application processing.
  • Handle and resolve queries from branches and associates through professional and prompt email communication and phone calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal branches and external associates to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with branches/associates for timely submission of required documents and payments.
  • Participate actively in education fairs, university visits, seminars, and other promotional events organized by the company.
  • Assist students throughout the university application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Management, or related fields).
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in overseas education consulting or a similar operations role.
  • Strong understanding of international education systems and application procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
