Role & responsibilities

The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in budgeting, audits, and reporting. This role involves managing overall accounting, and ensuring timely financial closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general accounting functions including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and other tax compliances are filed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Supervise and guide junior accountant in daily operations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting systems and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master's degree or CA Inter preferred).
  • 57 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

SALARY RANGE: 32K TO 40KWORK TIME : 11.00 TO 8.00 PMWORK DAY ; MON TO SAT (2ND & 4TH SAT IS OFF)
