Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Surat. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with company standards, and implementing operational improvements. The role also involves maintaining and analyzing performance data, coordinating with different departments, and assisting in project management.
Qualifications
- Operational Management and Staff Supervision skills
- Experience in performance analysis and data reporting
- Project Management and Coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the power sector is a plus
