at lead level/PM/BA level.

What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities

Manage Software Delivery.

  • Self Starter and Self Motivated.

  • System designing (Layer diagram , Class diagram).

  • Manage Quality Assurance/ Control.

  • Manage & Control the adherence to the standards/Guidelines & Release

Management.

  • Proven track of Mentoring and Team Management.

  • Address technical aspects with architect and functional aspects with

business analyst.

  • Manage & Esnure the compliance to the Quality Adherence.

  • Good Understanding of Software Behaviours, Problem/Weak Areas,

Performance & Reliability issues.

  • Manage Data Cleansing & Data Migration.

  • Effective and Tactful Oral Communicator.

  • Regular Progress Reporting to Senior Management.

  • Maintain various deliverables, eg, Risk/Issue Logs etc.

  • Good knowledge of Testings Process

What we are looking for in you

Web Development and Database (Oracle or SQL Server or OpenDB)

hands-on experience at lead level position for 5 years.

Worked on Cloud and ONPremise Environment. Proven expertise in Data

Security and IT Processes along with Project Management and stakeholder

Management.
