Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the CFO located in Aurangabad. The Assistant to the CFO will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing clerical duties, ensuring effective communication, and handling phone etiquette. Day-to-day tasks will include organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, preparing documents, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in office software, such as MS Office Suite
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
