Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

  • Prepare MEP cost estimates and project budgets.
  • Analyze architectural and MEP design drawings to quantify labor, material, and equipment requirements.
  • Tendering & Procurement:
  • Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and pricing schedules.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Contract Management:
  • Administer MEP contracts and monitor compliance with terms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate variations and change orders.
  • Cost Control & Reporting:
  • Track project costs and prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Forecast project expenditures and monitor cash flow.
  • Valuations & Payments:
  • Prepare and submit interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Certify subcontractor and supplier payments.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure commercial alignment.
  • Provide commercial input to project planning and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 or more years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems .
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and plan swift.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
