Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a data analyst, you will play a critical role in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, and capturing data and sharing knowledge across projects.

The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with our global regions on the rollout of our internal systems. You will assist with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation. Additionally, you will upkeep construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with data management and analysis
  • Collaborating with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
  • Contributing to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data
  • Coordinating with senior and technical staff

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in data analysis and data management
  • Understanding of IT technology, including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
  • Attention to details
  • Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team
