Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and style-savvy Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, managing visual merchandising, and leading a motivated team. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong leadership, and a keen eye for trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs (conversion rate, average basket size, UPT, etc.).

  • Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience aligned with the brand image.

  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and poise.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop store staff to perform at their best.

  • Schedule and manage staff rosters to optimize coverage and productivity.

  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

  • Execute seasonal floor sets, promotions, and product launches effectively.

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and reflective of the latest trends.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers for new stock and returns.

  • Minimize stock shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Manage store opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.

  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights and action plans to improve performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion/apparel.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent fashion sense and product knowledge.

  • Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office tools.

  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising and customer engagement.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
