Job Purpose:

To assist in managing security operations, vigilance activities, and administrative coordination to ensure the safety, compliance, and smooth functioning of plant and office premises.

Job Description:

  • Monitor the overall security function and ensure adherence to organizational security policies.

  • Supervise and maintain online RGP/NRGP, SAP entries, and tracking systems for material movements.

  • Ensure proper man, material, and vehicle movement within and outside the premises.

  • Maintain inward/outward registers and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.

  • Oversee deployment of security personnel across various sites and shifts.

  • Ensure proper frisking of employees and visitors at all levels.

  • Manage and schedule transportation activities and ensure timely reporting.

  • Maintain courier service records, including weight and material descriptions.

  • Ensure proper entry and verification of employees, vendors, and government authorities.

  • Verify identification and credentials of all persons entering the plant premises.

  • Develop and maintain an intelligence network and provide inputs for proactive vigilance measures.

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Logbook and other compliance records.

  • Follow cGMP, data integrity, and GDP norms in line with company policies.

  • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of RGP/NRGP processes and SAP entries.
  • Strong observation and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with security operations and vigilance practices.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
