Job Description:We are seeking an experienced PLSQL Professional to join our team as a Team LeadAs a Lead you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of PLSQL Developers in the design development and maintenance of web applications using the platformYour expertise in PLSQL programming languages tools and technologies will be crucial in delivering high quality solutions that meet our business requirementsKey Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of PLSQL Developers in the design development and maintenance of web applicationsWork with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for applicationsDesign develop and enhance software solutions using programming languagesWrite efficient and well structured code to implement business logic and functionalityPerform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applicationsMaintain and enhance existing applications by troubleshooting issues implementing bug fixes and optimizing performanceCollaborate with other developers database administrators and system administrators to integrate applications with other systems and databasesDevelop and maintain technical documentation including system design coding standards and user manualsStay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements or alternative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiencyCollaborate with cross functional teams to support system integration data migration and software deployment activitiesParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesProactively identify and address potential risks or issues related to applications and propose appropriate solutionsTechnical Requirements:Primary skills Technology Oracle Apps Technical Oracle Apps PL SQL Technology Oracle PL SQLAdditional Responsibilities:Knowledge of more than one technologyBasics of Architecture and Design fundamentalsKnowledge of Testing toolsKnowledge of agile methodologiesUnderstanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projectsUnderstanding of one or more Estimation methodologies Knowledge of Quality processesBasics of business domain to understand the business requirementsAnalytical abilities Strong Technical Skills Good communication skillsGood understanding of the technology and domainAbility to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles SOLID design principles and modelling methodsAwareness of latest technologies and trendsExcellent problem solving analytical and debugging skillsPreferred Skills:Technology->Oracle Apps Technical->Oracle Apps PL/SQL->PLSQL,Technology->Oracle->PL/SQL
