Oracle EBS Developer SCM OM
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in Finance modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of Oracle EBS R12 or later applications. You will collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and cross functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient Oracle based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain custom solutions and extensions in Oracle EBS, primarily in SCM and OM modules.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop RICEW components Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows.
Create and maintain PLSQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
Develop and troubleshoot Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, and XMLEDI interfaces.
Support OrdertoCash O2C, ProcuretoPay P2P, and Inventory processes.
Work with APIs to automate and integrate Oracle modules with third party systems.
Provide production support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
Assist in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
Document technical designs, test plans, and user manuals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer.
Strong hands on experience with Oracle EBS R12, especially in SCM and OM modules.
Proficient in PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
Experience with RICEW components and Oracle Workflow Builder.
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS data models and APIs in OM, INV, PO, and AR modules.
Experience integrating EBS with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs or EDI.
Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework OAF is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
