Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Inspections & Audits

  • Conduct daily/weekly quality checks at project sites across civil, modular, MEP, finishes, and dcor.
  • Perform milestone-based inspections (pre-installation, mid-stage, final finishing).
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and SOPs.

2. Defect Identification & Resolution

  • Document and report defects or deviations in workmanship and materials.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Track closure of snag lists to ensure zero-defect handovers.

3. Process & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed QC checklists and inspection reports for each project.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, site hygiene, and execution protocols.
  • Support the development of SOPs and best practices for quality control.

4. Client Handover Support

  • Assist during client walkthroughs to ensure expectations are met.
  • Validate final finishes, fittings, and dcor staging before handover.
  • Guarantee that projects are delivered to Homzinterios premium quality benchmarks.

5. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and vendors to maintain quality consistency.
  • Provide feedback to the design and procurement teams for continuous improvement.
  • Escalate recurring issues and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
Requirements
  • 36 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance in interior fit-outs, construction, or related fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of modular interiors, civil work, MEP, finishes, and dcor.
  • Eye for detail and ability to identify even minor execution flaws.
  • Proficiency in using QC tools, checklists, and reporting formats.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused.
