Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to fulfill our organizational requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure objectives are met.
  • Implement, monitor, and execute test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
  • Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data to inform quality-related decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  2. Investigating customer complaints and product issues.
  3. Drafting quality assurance policies and procedures.

Required qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
